Our mission is to provide affordable, comprehensive healthcare benefits and payroll solutions to independent contractors and smaller groups that cannot otherwise participate in a group insurance plan due to size. We believe these entrepreneurs deserve the opportunity to have great healthcare benefits despite their small size and can benefit from being able to join a pool of similar individuals and small groups.

The membership form allows you to have access to join CSJB (Central States Joint Board) Health and Welfare Fund and receive comprehensive benefits, similar to a large group employer.
Your “start date” is the day you sign up for the PEO. Your benefits will begin the 1st of the following month.
Your contribution is the premium amount you pay based off your tier. (ie. Employee Only, Employee and Spouse, Employee and Children and/or Family coverage)

Once approved to join the PEO, we will automatically debit through an ACH transfer $2,000 on the 15th of each month. Your premium is paid out of this monthly debit. The money is also used to pay W2 taxes, as well as union dues. You will be returned a W2 wage with the remaining funds by the 25th of each month.
Payroll Solutions LLC is the payroll provider for PEO 4 Me. Payroll Solutions will calculate your W2 taxes, and transition you into a W2 employee of PEO 4 Me.
Paying taxes as a W2 employee will reduce the amount of estimated taxes you will need to pay as a 1099 independent contractor.
To have access to the group benefits of a PEO, you must be a full-time W2 employee and have a taxable salary from the company.
